Important information
Liquid detergent and softener are included with your washing.
All laundry is washed at 30C unless otherwise specified when ordering.
All laundry is dried on high temperature unless otherwise specified when ordering.
Most laundry can be machine washed and tumble dried. Please make us aware of any laundry we need to be careful with for washing and drying.
It is the customers responsibility to empty all pockets of foreign objects that can cause damage to our machines and your clothes.
Pick up & Returns Policy
Free pick up and delivery on all serviced washing within 5 miles distance from our shop. Hatfield Rise Launderette, 9 High View, Hatfield, AL10 8HZ. Minimum charge is £18.00 for all serviced laundry.
Same day turn around available if picked up before 11 am, additional £15.00 applies to the cleaning charge.
Orders picked up before 4pm will be delivered next day between 6-8pm.
Orders picked up after 4 pm could take up to 2pm the 2nd day to be dropped off.
